ACCC delays decision in Google’s proposed Fitbit acquisition

The ACCC has announced that its provisional decision date in relation to the proposed acquisition of Fitbit by Google has been amended from 13 August 2020 until 9 December 2020 to enable it to continue its investigation and engage with other competition agencies.
