ACCC authorises collective bargaining by retail tenants

The ACCC has conditionally authorised collective bargaining for members of the Australian Retailers Association and the National Retail Association and other participating industry associations. The authorisation allows them to collectively negotiate with landlords regarding COVID-19 related support. Authorisation has been granted until 1 September 2021.
