ACCC has preliminary competition concerns over proposed Aon/Willis Towers Watson merger

The ACCC has released a Statement of Issues in relation to Aon plc’s proposed merger with Willis Towers Watson plc (WTW), ‘two of the three largest providers of commercial risk, reinsurance and employee benefits broking and advisory services globally, including in Australia.‘
