Competition Law Conference
For the first time since 2019 the Competiton Law Conference was held in person in Sydney (and online). Thanks go to Chris and Chris Hodgekiss for organising and hosting the event, which commenced with an address from the Chair of the ACCC and traversed topics including recent developments in cartel conduct, proof of purpose and developments in the area of digital platforms.
