ACCC has concerns about Orikan’s proposed acquisition of Duncan

The ACCC has set out preliminary concerns with Orikan Group’s proposed acquisitions of Duncan Technologies, with Commissioner Dr Philip Williams noting the ACCC had concerns ‘hat the proposed acquisition would substantially lessen competition in the market for end to end on-street parking solutions as Duncan is the primary competitor to Orikan’.
