ACCC proposes to deny authorisation for baby formula industry code

The ACCC is proposing to deny authorisation to the Infant Nutrition Council for an industry code which would restrict advertising and promoting infant formula. It considers the code will no longer produce public benefits outweighing likely public detriment.
