ACCC Chairs
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (formerly the Trade Practices Commission) is an independent Commonwealth statutory authority. It is tasked with enforcing (amongst other things) the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and promoting competition and fair trading. It also has a regulatory function in relation to national infrastructure.
