ACCC proposing to allow insurers to continue coordinating relief measures

The ACCC has announced that it is ‘proposing to allow insurance companies and brokers to continue coordination and implementation of temporary COVID-19 relief measures for certain small businesses.‘ This follows an urgent interim authorisation granted on 2 April.

The new proposal would allow relief measures to be kept in place until the end of the year.
